View of Kin Kletso looking north. This is a small village located due
west of Pueblo Bonito near to Chaco Wash. When I did this rendering I was
struck by the village's (almost "modern") simplicity and its lack
of any apparent plaza--unique in Chaco Canyon. It seems that every village
shares design similarities with all the other villages in the Chacoan world
, but always breaks a design rule or is unique in a very creative way--often
having to do with a certain relationship to the surrounding physical environment.
